■Possible Cause
   If you close the Designer with Script canvas while it is maximized and open the Designer again, it starts up with each frame closed.
　In this case, the Project explorer and the Tool palette will not be displayed.

■How to resolve
　You can display the Project explorer and the Tool palette by executing the [Initialize layout].
