■Probable cause
If the DataSpider Studio was stopped or the network disconnection occurred while using the DataSpider Studio, the session may remain on a DataSpiderServer side.
■Workaround
Please disconnect the session by using one of the following methods:
- Reboot the DataSpiderServer
All connected session will be disconnected by rebooting the DataSpiderServer
If there is a terminal logged in with the DataSpider Studio, you can disconnect from the following method.
- The DataSpider Studio’s task manager
If you do not have a logged in terminal in the DataSpider Studio, please disconnect from any of the following tools.
- WebConsole Task Manager
- CLI Console’s "session" command
*The WebConsole and the CLI Console are not counted as licenses for the development clients, so you can log in even if you can not log in from the DataSpider Studio due to the number of sessions limit
