[DataSpider Servista] A timeout occurred in the browser and DataSpider Studio for Web is not displaying

I tried to use DataSpider Studio for Web, but the browser timed out and nothing is appearing. Please tell me about the cause and a way to resolve this problem.

Cause
 
A timeout occurs because communication cannot be established between a terminal that is trying to access DataSpider Studio for Web and a server on which DataSpider Server is installed.
 
In the past cases, this problem occurred due to communication restrictions such as firewalls, routers and security software.
 
Workaround
 
  1. Check from servers
Start your browser on a server that has DataSpiderServer installed, and then please run DataSpider Studio for Web.
 
If it does not appear, it is a possibility that DataSpiderServer is not running so please check the process status. If the process is running, please check the workaround "3." because the browser may not support Silverlight.
 
If it does display, this problem is terminal-dependent. Please isolate the problem with other tools in the workaround "2."
 
  1. Isolate the Problem Using Other Client Tools (WebConsole)
Please check whether it is possible to connect to WebConsole from a terminal in which the error occurred. If the connection cannot be made, communication cannot be performed with the specified port on a server and a terminal. (The port, in this case, is the "port number" specified in the DataSpiderServer settings)
If you can connect with WebConsole, the problem may be dependent on Studio for Web. Please check the check items on the next section.
 
  1. Checking Your Browser
Please make sure that a web browser that is used for Studio for Web is listed on the support web browser listed in the help.
 
If it is not listed, please use the listed web browser and confirm that the error is resolved. If the problem occurs even with the listed web browser, please send the information listed below to the support desk

Please inform us of the DataSpider Servista version and both service pack and patch that are applied to DataSpider.
 
About service packs and patches, they are output to "Patch Information Tab" of "Version information" of the control panel. Please either send a screenshot of this or a copy & paste of the content.
